Ride 5 of 10 — Mix
The circuit stops are back and the evenings are long and beautiful — could it get any more groovy? We ride easy for about 35 minutes, then Holly runs two stations at the Rotary Fitness Park on the waterfront.
Stop 1: 25 squat jumps + sprint to a pylon. Stop 2: Partner workout — one person does 10 burpees while the other holds a plank. Switch. 2–3 rounds.
This is genuinely one of the most fun rides of the series. Bring a friend for the partner round. Back by 7:30 PM.
Route: West on Dundas → loop via Moira St → descent to Rotary Fitness Park → Bayshore
Meet outside The Fit Collective at 6:20 PM, wheels down at 6:30 PM. No drop, all bikes welcome.
Bring: helmet, bell, lights, water, snacks, and a working bike. First time? Sign the waiver at boq.bike/waiver before you roll up.
