This one is a little spicy — in the best way. We ride the flat Bayshore stretch and Holly calls sprint efforts along the way. 30 seconds hard, recover, repeat. Four rounds. You’ll feel it and you’ll love it.
The ride IS the workout on this one. No stops, just you and the open waterfront. About 50 minutes total. Back by 7:20 PM.
Route: Bayshore Trail → Zwick’s corridor, 2–3 flat passes
Meet outside The Fit Collective at 6:20 PM, wheels down at 6:30 PM. No drop, all bikes welcome.
