Ride 2 of 10 — Mix
Okay this one is SO fun. We ride out nice and easy for about 35 minutes, then Holly sets up two groovy little circuit stations at the Rotary Fitness Park right on the waterfront.
Stop 1: 25 squat jumps + a sprint to a pylon. (Yes, really. It’s a blast.) Stop 2: Partner workout — one person does 10 burpees while the other holds a plank. Switch. 2–3 rounds.
The ride is the warm-up. The stops are where the magic happens. Back by 7:30 PM.
Route: Sidney St north → Dundas → descent to Rotary Fitness Park → Bayshore
Bring a friend if you can — the partner round is way more fun with someone you like.
Meet outside The Fit Collective at 6:20 PM, wheels down at 6:30 PM. No drop, all bikes welcome.
Bring: helmet, bell, lights, water, snacks, and a working bike. First time? Sign the waiver at boq.bike/waiver before you roll up.
